Catering and Bar Services
Infusion Catering is our in-house catering service. For all occasions, from a casual breakfast to a corporate banquet or a lunch box, Infusion catering is your best ally in making your event a success.
Infusion Catering is the only service that is authorized to serve alcoholic beverages on campus. Your coordination agent can advise you on the various aspects of planning your bar service, including the location, the setup requirements, the type of bars (cash, coupon or host bar) and all the regulations.

Note that we must receive your order at least 15 days in advance. Minimum order of $80. For smaller or urgent request, call 613-562-5800 ext. 4424. Requests for an event within 5 days may have additional fees and are subject to availability.
There are several food locations on campus to choose from, including cafés, food trucks and restaurants. During summer, they are open during weekdays.

Come to the Dining Hall for an all-you-care-to-eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Choose from different stations offering a variety of delicious meals made on-site with fresh ingredients.
Capacity is up to 770 people

During the Academic Year
From September to April, you can have a meal at the Dining Hall. You can pay at the door or through pre-purchased vouchers.

The Dining Hall is available from May through August for groups only. Reservations and payment must be made at least 15 days in advance.
A minimum of guests per meal (all groups combined) is required to operate the Dining Hall. Should your group not reach the minimum required, there may be other groups confirmed over your dates. Your coordination agent will confirm with you after your request has been submitted.
All group reservations must be coordinated and paid before the group’s arrival. Dining Hall access to individuals is not permitted.
7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
$17.63 per person, plus taxes
5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
