Spaces

The University of Ottawa has a multitude of spaces, grounds and amenities to accommodate all types of events. Our campus includes classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, boardrooms and multipurpose rooms as well as foyers and both indoor and outdoor open spaces.

 

Spaces are available year-round and can accommodate groups of all kinds.
 
Depending on your event requirements, additional fees may be required for:
- Housekeeping
- Set-up and take-down of equipment
- Certain rentals (tables, chairs, curtains, etc.)
- Certain AV equipment and services

 

COVID-19 Maximum capacity
All registrar classrooms and C&R managed event spaces have adjusted the number of seats available to allow spacing of six feet (2 metres) between individuals.Tables and chairs may be spaced to meet best practices, and the usage of floor decals and other forms of signage may inform attendees on the best way to move through the space to limit contact. Multipurpose and special event spaces

Ideal for events such as conferences, receptions, social events and dinners, these spaces are flexible and can be set up either Theatre or Banquet style or any other style.
